- compact and rigid translation stages designed to be integrated in goniometer 409, 410 und 411
- unit 5104.B10 has smoothed threaded spindle drive, units 5104.B20 and 5104.B30 have a precision thread-roll spindle (free of play)
- use of two low-friction linear rolling guides results in high reproducibility of minimum step distance
- motor and signal currents transferred by cables or optionally by slip rings
- XYZ-positioning systems possible by simple combination with XY-Stages of the series 5102 (the power supply of the XY-Stages is via the SUB-D15 sockets integrated in the Z-Stage)
